IDA Education Awards 2024 - Process
- Ensure all Eligibility and Judging criteria are met.
- Announcements: IDA website, personalized email, digital marketing campaigns, and social media.
- Details and nomination form: awards.indiadidac.org
- Entries must be submitted online in English.
- Self-nomination and peer nominations are allowed.
- Self-nomination: Institutions can nominate themselves.
- Peer nomination: Institutions can nominate a deserving peer School/College/Education institute. The nominator should be familiar with the nominee’s work and accomplishments and submit the institution’s details to the Awards Management Team for processing.
- Nominations must be submitted by the legal owner/head or with their permission.
- Entries should showcase innovation, impact, future readiness, and development beyond the classroom.
- Nomination form must include:
- Nominee & Nominating Authority details
- Years of operation, Employment positions, Awards and Recognitions.
- Testimonials (optional).
- Supporting Evidence and documents
- Submission deadline: 12th July 2024.
- Entries are checked for eligibility and completeness.
- Judging: Online & Grand Jury of Education experts and Industry leaders.
- Jury’s decision is final.
- Awards Ceremony: 18th September 2024, at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi.
Terms & Conditions
- Submission Deadline: Nominations must be submitted by 12 July 2024.
- Multiple Categories: Entries can be made in multiple categories if tailored for relevance.
- Submission Length: Follow the word count limit on the entry form.
- Supporting Material: Upload supporting materials via the entry form.
- Usage Rights: IDA reserves the right to use any submitted material for future use or publicity.
- Data Security: Entries will be securely stored and monitored for judges’ access.
- Award Cancellations: IDA may cancel or add awards in categories if necessary.
- Terms Changes: IDA can change terms and conditions without notice.
- No Fees: No nomination fees, but finalists may voluntarily cover travel and stay expenses.
- Final Decision: Jury’s decision is final; no queries entertained.
- Confidentiality: Financial/confidential data will be respected unless permission is given for use.
- Document Requests: IDA may request additional supporting documents.
- No Pre-screening: IDA is not responsible for pre-screening entries for IP or legal issues.
- Compliance: Participants must agree to these terms; withdrawal requests must be emailed before the application deadline.

- Further Evaluation: IDA may ask for additional documents or evidence during the evaluation process.
- No Liability: IDA is not liable for monitoring or screening entry materials for IP or legal violations.

- Ensure answers are focused and relevant.
- Follow Instructions Completely:
- Match your entry to the criteria.
- Adhere to word count and upload sizes.
- Use stipulated formats and complete the form.
- Submit before the deadline.
- Communicate with Precision & Clarity:
- Be concise, clear, and focused.
- Avoid jargon, inflated claims, and unedited content.
- Do not print pages from your website for judges.
- Include Supporting Evidence & Documentation:
- Provide necessary back-up material.
- Include up-to-date testimonials, videos, facts, and figures.
- Ensure supporting material backs up your claims.
- Make Information Easily Accessible:
- Focus on the main points in your submission form.
- Use short URLs and avoid lengthy websites.
- Avoid large files that are hard to navigate.
- Delegate the Work:
- Designate an Awards coordinator to manage the process.
- Leave Enough Time:
- Start early to avoid a last-minute rush.
- Allocate more time than you think you’ll need.
- Proofread Thoroughly:
- Have the best writer polish the submission.
- Check spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
