Terms

The IDA Education Awards 2025 would be decided by certain procedures and rules governing the evaluation of the entries:

  • All nominations must be submitted by 25th August 2025
  • Entries must follow the word limit as specified in the entry form.
  • IDA may use submitted content (research, data, photos, media, etc.) for publicity or future use.
  • All entries will be stored securely on our website and access to these by Judges will be strictly monitored
  • If no suitable entry is found in a category, the jury reserves the right to cancel or revise the category.
  • IDA may amend or withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • The decision of the jury will be final and binding. The Awards management will not entertain any queries in this regard
  • By submitting a nomination for IDA-EA 2025, participants agree to all stated terms and conditions. If they disagree, they must withdraw their entry by emailing a request from the institution’s/organisation’s official email before the application deadline. No withdrawals will be accepted after the last date.
  • Confidential or financial data will be treated as private unless permission is given. Clearly mention if any part should not be used publicly.


Supporting Documents Submission:

  • All supporting documents must be compiled into a single PPT or PDF file. This may include images, photos, written content, data and relevant links.
  • For any video submissions, please include them as part of a Google Drive folder and share the folder link with us.


Please ensure that:

  • All links included in the document are active and accessible
  • The Google Drive folder is set to ‘Anyone with the link can view’
  • Inaccessible files or restricted access may lead to disqualification from evaluation
  • During the evaluation process or while notifying finalists for the mentioned categories, IDA reserves the right to request additional documents or evidence to support your nomination.
  • Please note that the IDA-EA 2025 Awards Management is not obligated to review submission materials in advance and is not responsible for monitoring entries to ensure compliance with intellectual property rights or any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
  • If IDA-EA 2025 Awards Management receives a complaint or identifies any material that may violate the Terms & Conditions, it reserves the right—at its sole discretion—to investigate and, if necessary, disqualify the entry.
  • IDA-EA 2025 Awards Management shall not be held liable for the performance or non-performance of any of these actions.
