The IDA Education Awards celebrate innovative initiatives by educational institutions that improve student learning outcomes. Eligible participants include Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary Schools, Colleges, Universities and other education institutions or training partners (applicable only in education & skills segment) that are registered and operating in India. Please note that individual educators and corporate companies are not eligible to apply.
Entrants should select categories that best highlight their institution’s impact. You may apply in multiple categories, provided each nomination is specifically tailored to demonstrate its relevance. A full list of IDA Awards 2025 categories is available at awards.indiadidac.org / Category.
Yes, you can submit up to two nominations for free in any one segment (Foundational Years, K–12 Education, or Higher Education & Skills). If you want to submit a third nomination in the same segment, a fee of ₹5,000 + 18% GST will apply. Each nomination must have its own form and include supporting documents relevant to the chosen category. For assistance or more details, please contact us at education.awards@indiadidac.org.
No, each entry should be submitted under the most suitable category, as each category has its own specific criteria. If you’re unsure which category fits best, feel free to reach out to education.awards@indiadidac.org for guidance.
Once you have submitted your entry, you will receive an email confirming your submission. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please write to education.awards@indiadidac.org.

The IDA Awards 2025 are judged on key performance benchmarks, supporting evidence, and industry reputation. An expert jury of renowned Indian and global education leaders ensures a fair and credible evaluation process.
Finalists will be announced by 13th October 2025. All shortlisted entries will be personally informed through email, WhatsApp, and a follow-up call by the IDA Awards 2025 Awards Management Team
If we are not shortlisted, can we get feedback on our entry?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of entries, we are not able to give feedback on individual entries.
The winners will be announced on 18 November 2025 during the IDA Awards Gala Ceremony, held as part of DIDAC India 2025 at Yashobhoomi, India International Convention & Expo Centre, New Delhi.
