• Employees and immediate family members of the Awards team, sponsors or partners are not eligible to participate. The IDA Awards 2026 Management Team reserves the right to take appropriate measures to address any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest and to ensure a fair and impartial evaluation process.
• Submissions must be made by the institution head or legal owner. If someone else (such as a consultant, PR, or marketing team) is submitting, they must have prior authorisation.
• Final eligibility will be decided by the IDA Awards 2026 Management Team.
• The deadline to submit entries along with all supporting material is 7 September 2026.

A distinguished panel of experts from education, global academia and industry will evaluate the entries. The jury’s decision will be final and binding.

Winners will be announced at the IDA Awards Ceremony on 25 November 2026 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), as part of Didac India & Didac Skills, held from 25–27 November 2026.
